[gmx-users] Floating exception

Dear all,

there have been some threads on floating exception errors on the list -
here is another one:

When starting mdrun on an dec alpha cluster I get the error
  "sh: 35438 Floating exception - core dumped"
right before the first step.
This error *only* occurs when using the pull code. The same code runs
properly on an SGI machine.

Any suggestions?

My second question is:
I also want to run in double precision on the dec alpha
cluster. mdrun_d crashes (with *and* without pulling) with the error
  "Fatal error: Something weird with shells. They may not be bonded to
  something"
(Isn't that a weird error?)

What could be the problem here?
