[gmx-users] DSSP and Windows.

Is there any way to use do_dssp with Windows ?

I have got the DSSP binary for Windows but I don´t know how to solve the "setenv DSSP" issue under Windows. 
How can I tell GROMACS that DSSP is at "C:\GROMACS\bin" instead of "/usr/local/bin/dssp".
