[gmx-users] compiling on SGI

Hello All.

We have got a new Octane. So it's needed install a new gromacs (3.1.4
or from CVS).
But during ./configure i faced the _strange_ error :

checking for sqrt in -lm... no
configure: error: No math library found

in config.log
configure:18678: result: no
configure:18688: error: No math library found

FFTW was preinstaled.

I saw some massages in mail list with the same problem but didn't see the solution.

So does anybody faced this recently or solved it?
