[gmx-users] ambconv

Hello all.

I have got some problem with ambconv from Filip Ryjacek.

1) I was unable to compile it on SGI Octane.
2) Compiled under Linux Red Hat version does not work with
"Segmentation fault" error. (Amber top and crd files was made in Amber 5)

So does some body has any experience about this?
