[gmx-users] temperature coupling

 Dear Gromacs users,
 I would like learn one issue. Is it possible to couple different 
motions of the same molecule to different temperatures in the same 
MD run?
 For example I would like to couple center of mass to a temperature
and internal motion to another temperature. I will glad if you help
me for this.
