[gmx-users] rebuild makefiles for gromacs?

Hi, all:
	I have a question about recompiling gmx.
In the gmx3.0.5, I have changed some codes in innerc.c
and I want to recompile gmx but not change the modified
innerc.c which will be reproduced if I just do "make" again.
I had removed 
innerf.f: mkinl
    ./mkinl    fortran
innerc.c: mkinl
    ./mkinl c
in src/gmxlib/Makefile.am. Could I just do "./configure ..."
and "make" again? Any hint is sincerely appreciated!
