[gmx-users] constraint vs. bond stretch

Dear gmxer,
    I was confused with a basic conception, If bond length constraint(SHAKE 
of LINC) is applied in the MD or EM, will the the bond-stretching part 
(morse, cubic) of the force-field be computed, or not?
