[gmx-users] counter-ions

Dear All,

I was wondering whether genion can be used specifically for placing 
counterions in a charged system?
I have tried inserting counterions manually but it doesn't seem to be the 
best method...the system becomes unstable!!!

Would be most grateful foe any feedback!
