Dear All, Do you have experiences in running GROMACS on tru64 alpha machine ? We have 41 nodes with each node 4 cpus, the internode connections is assumed to be faster than myrinet. But I try mpich-1.2.5 installed locally, the parallel efficient between different nodes are poor, less than 30% Maybe should use different mpi ? Yuguang
