[gmx-users] ngmx errors..due to file size

dear gromacs users...

I m having a particular problem while running the 
ngmx -f ${MOL}_md -s ${MOL}_md  &

the problem is when i run it i get an error message
saying Fatal error: File 1hrc1e83_md.tpr not found.

both the .tpr and .trr files are present in the
system..
the sizes of the files being........
3730585848 Oct 22 21:46 x.trr and
4504592 Oct 22 05:50 x.tpr

I also tried to run g_gyrate or trjconv ...it doesnt
work either......

PLease some one suggest a reply or some kind of a
solution.
Hope to get messages from u guys soon

PS: the same system runs when the file size is
small...
