[gmx-users] complie on ia64-redhat-linux-gnu

Hi,

The machine detection is performed by the GNU files

config.status
config.sub

in the config subdirectory.

Just replace these with the newest version from ftp.gnu.org - if I 
recall correct they are in the automake or autoconf directory on their 
site.
