Hi All, Has anyone used a softcore potential to refine a ligand docking to a receptor ? Can anyone give me any advise on the values to use and when. I have looked through the manual and although there is a section on it, it still is no clearer to me. I am really stuck on this and would appreciate any help. Cheers John
