[gmx-users] trjconv write_trxframe

Dear gromacs users,


I want to make a 3ns trajectory file(1.5GB) into three 1ns files.
I tried with trjconv & split option as below

trjconv -f original_3ns.trr -split 1000 -o new.trr

But its ending with an error message

Fatal error: Sorry, write_trxframe can not write unknowntime    0.000

Could u suggest me what could I do now?
