[gmx-users] gmx 3.2.2

Hi Nuno,

In principle we don't include new _supported_ features in the point
releases, although there are sometimes new force fields for testing
(OPLS was for instance introduced first in 3.1.4, and fully supported
from 3.2).

We're having some problems with the RPMs since the old supporting
packages (LAM, FFTW) no longer work on the newest Fedora and RedHat
releases, so I'm looking into upgrade those before making the formal
announcement.

(As for forcefields, we've "experimentally" included Gromos96 45a3 and
Encad in 3.2.2, although they are pretty straightforward so I don't
expect any significant issues).

Cheers,

Erik
