Hi,
A few weeks ago I was looking for MD codes. I started (as usually) from 
FreshMeat.net, but I haven't found many projects there. 
I think a lot of people is using FM for searching software, 
so if none of developers are going to submit Gromacs there,
I can do it. 
(I'm writting it to ensure, that you don't want to submit Gromacs 
yourself).
