[gmx-users] Perfomance using differnet compiler

Hi all,

anyone tried benchmarking with different compilers und same cpus/ clusters?

i found some archive postings

but they are pretty outdated.
Anyone tried for example gcc 3.4.3 ?

Or should i only use gcc for correct results as erik points in 
http://www.gromacs.org/pipermail/gmx-users/2004-February/009415.html
