Divid all benchmarks by the reference (Athlon 800), sum the results and
times 100.

The athlon64 @ 2200 MHz is faster than the P4 at 3000 MHz for everything
except Villin. That is why it has a higher average. The rate divides the
average by the clockspeed and times 800 for the Athlon 800 and divided
by the number of processor. It shows which processor is fastest per
clock (IBM Power 3).
