[gmx-users] questions about afm pulling

Hi All,

I ran a test of one spc water in a rectangular box, choosing the ref_group 
and pull_group the same (the water), but found from pull.pdo that the speed 
of the spring becomes faster and faster.
Perhaps because the displacement of the spring is the displacement of the 
ref_group plus that of the afm_rate.

Does anyone have some experience how to deal with this?
