[gmx-users] building on IRIX 6.5

I had problems getting gromacs3.2 to build successfully on Irix 6.5. I 
was ending with errors about 'const char' as mentioned previously on 
this list. I resolved this problem by using c99 instead of cc. 
Subsequently when I tried to build with MPI, it failed during 
configure. I fixed this by
setenv LIBS -lmpi
before running configure.
