[gmx-users] very strange directory dependent segmentation faults please HELP!

It seems this may be an imperfection (or bug) or Eric Lindahls magic
'library location code'. It uses the location of the binaries, and maybe
also the working dir as a starting point and looks for the 'share/top'
etc. dirs.
