[gmx-users] 'Gromacs Symposium' ?

Hi Erik,
you raised some good pints there. I agree that for a start the workshop
concept would be the best.
Me for my part would appreciate very much a combined research presentation
together with some kind of tutorial sessions. one could envision a split
session tutorial/development and the research presentations together with
everybody.
about timing of the event I think it would be easiest for everybody
organising it during the semester breaks because it is easier for everybody
to attend it then. I found out from the last PhD courses we organised here
locally that e.g. end of August is an excellent time because nearly
everybody is already back from their summer hollidays but the term hasnt
started yet. So could be a time just before summer break nd after the exam
period is over.
Just a few thoughts on this one. I would be definitely interested in
participating.
