[gmx-users] Results will be same for two biomembrane equilibration protocol?

If I do the Biomembrane simulation with the following two protocols, the
results will be same?
1) first equilbration biomembrane and ions, then add small molecules to
another equlibration
2) put the biomembrane and ions and molecules together to do the
equilibration.

Difference between above two protocol is just when put the molecules. The
final equilibration results finally should be basically same, right ?
