Hi Phuong,
mdrun has the option -v if you omit it, it is quite silent.
for all the other routines, you can redirect output into files.
under unix/tcsh
g_xxxtool .... >& /dev/null --- everything is thrown away.
g_xxxtool .... >& xxtool.log -- write it into file xxtool.log
