[gmx-users] the error in my BD simulation

Hi, All, 

I did the Stochastic dynamics and the Brownian dynamics by using the same
.gro and .top files. SD can run well but BD failed in the end. The error is
like this "step 0Warning: 1-4 interaction at distance larger than 1
These are ignored for the rest of the simulation
turn on -debug for more information
Fatal error: XTC error" 

Who can tell me what wrong with my BD simulaiton?
