[gmx-users] g_mindist segmentation fault

Hi,

When running "g_mindist" with the "-or" flag I get a segmentation fault.
I tried it both on a SGI manchine and a Linux machine.

The command I run: "g_mindist -f traj.trr -n -or"
1 other group.
Even if I choose both groups to be "Protein" it crashes.

Any solution?
