[gmx-users] pull code question

Hello gmx-users,

I have the following question about pull-code implementation in
GROMACS: is there any way to avoid interactive reference-group
selection in, e.g. AFM-pull? Why GROMACS make me select reference group
regardless of the fact that I have already mentioned that group in my
*.ppa file?
