[gmx-users] NPT simulation problem

Hi Gromacs users,

So I found a solution to my NPT simulation problem: First of all my box was
realy too tall, actualy I needed a 3*3*3 box (inteed of 30*30*30), then I
generated the input files via the Dundee PRODRG2 Server web site, so I get
the good force field parameters and now my simulation runs well.
