[gmx-users] on the COM force output by g_traj

Dear All:
    In my multimolecular systems, using g_traj I calculated the COM force of them.
As I know, the COM force are in unit KJ/nm per mole system (or molecule?), so the
force can be converted to kJ/nm by deviding Na, but I wonder is the force average
for every atomic mass or for the whole molecule.
