I have put this question in users group also.
I have 577 ca lpha taoms. I created covariant matrix.
Thi map file shows one 1731 * 1731 valus and  577 * 577
nice map. But the matrix contain only 577 * 1731 values.
Due to symmetric nature i expected 1731 * (1731+1)/2 values.
can you clarify
