[gmx-users] Problems with g_traj program

Hi,
I'm new in this list and I'm writing because of some problems on g_traj 
program.
When I try to run g_traj for extract velocities of a .trj file created by 
Cerius2 with a pdb of -s input for get only of some structures I aways get 
these output:
trn version:  Segmentation fault
I'd try to run with .trj file turned to ascii file, but I get the same error.
Anyone had, and solved these problems?
