After compiling (dsspcmbigcc), you should have a binary executable (probably
called 'dssp') somewhere. It could be under the dsspcmbi directory (e.g.
at dsspcmbi/bin/dssp), or in another 'install' location, like /usr/local/bin/dssp.
Possibly, the dsspcmbigcc has told you what it did, and where the resulting
program can be found.

If you can't get it to work for a single pdb file, you can forget about do_dssp.
