[gmx-users] xeon cpu change from 1.8 to 2.4 GHz

We recently changed cpu ( x 2 ) of dual xeon 1.8 GHz to 2.4 
GHz. However we do not see any speed up in node Hour/ns; it 
remained the same ( for our own peptide in water system ). 
The same system runs faster on a different 2.4GHz machine 
with simialr hardware and software.
What should I look for to find the reason why the machine is 
not performing as it is expected to ?
