[gmx-users] combining files

Hello Everybody,
      I have run a simulation in steps. i.e. 1-5ns once then I extended it
to 20ns,then I extended to 50ns.Now I want to combine .xtc,.trr and .edr
files.So that I will only one .xtc ,.edr and only one .trr files which has
data from 0-50ns.Is it possible to do so using GROMACS.If yes what commands
should be used and with what extensions.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
