Now it's ok, I changed  values for rlist, rvdw, and rcoulomb from 1.0 to 0.9 and I used Pcoupltype = isotropic

 

 

rlist               = 0.9

 

; Method for doing VdW

vdw-type            =  Cut-off

rvdw                =  0.9

 

; Method for doing electrostatics

coulombtype         =  PME

rcoulomb            =  0.9
