[gmx-users] What is LJ (SR)

I am new to Gromacs and relatively new to molecular dynamics.  I could 
not find an explanation of the abbreviations used for the energy output 
anywhere in the Gromacs manual or website.  I also looked through the 
books I have on molecule dynamics and could not figure out what LJ (SR) 
meant.  I'm assume it is some Lennard-Jones energy. Is there a listing 
of abbreviations somewhere?
