[gmx-users] g_anaeig '-s' option

Hi-

I have a question about the "-s" option. 

I used the the same structure for both -s and -f inputs,
and then the 1st and 2nd projections are zero for this structure.
What is the point for '-s'? why did I get zero for that?

Any ideas will help.
