[gmx-users] Debug Simulation Crash

Hi,

 

I have a system which was run with one CVS-compiled binary downloaded last
year. However, I am having some problems running it with the recent
CVS-compiled binary. mdrun exits after 30 steps without displaying any error
message. Is there any way that I could debug to find out the causes?
