[gmx-users] unit of eigenvalue from g_nmeig?

Hi all,

What is the unit of eigenvalue from g_nmeig?  Is that 1/ps?

And, when I tried g_nmeig from hessian matrix generated by mdrun on my 
trajectory, it informs the matrix are not symmetric.  Any reference for 
the algorithm used in normal mode calculation in gromacs?
