Dear friends I wanted to use nMoldyn software for the anlysis of GROMACS MD trajectory. Do we have convert program to convert this to netcdf format. They have old version of converting GROMOS to cd format. But I could not be able to compile this program in linux (red hat 8.0) pc. Any help is appreciated prabhakaran biomedical engineering
