[gmx-users] atom-atom force calculation

Dear all,
I would like to know if ti is possible to calculate a total force_ij 
between any atom i and j. Either the coulombic and van der Waals 
interactions can be expressed as forces between an i and j atom, but it 
is possible to obtain the contribution to the force between i and j from 
bending and torsional terms?
