[gmx-users] parallel runs with lam

i recompiled gromacs with -g. now, it still doesn't work, but the 
corefile is not created. from the tests it seems that it crashes on 
random nodes. all outputs contain the line with 'nonbonded kernels' with 
the exception of one that stops at initializing LINCS - like described 
before.

it is still not clear how to debug the parallel code. do i have to 
lamboot and then run the parallel binary with the corefile?
