[gmx-users] Molecular Dynamics Litterature

Hi Gromacs Users,

I'm a newbie in molecular dynamics and just recently got my hands on
Gromacs. I really want to become more familiar with molecular dynamics of
proteins (or macromolecules in general), so I was wondering if anyone
could recommend a good book to read?
