[gmx-users] Insertion of a protein in lipid bilayer

Dear gmx-users,
               I want to insert a protein in lipid
bilayer. To this i downloaded the make_hole program
from gromacs contributions. I read the procedure
provided in that folder, but i am not clear to that
tutorial. Can you give me more information regarding
this.
