[gmx-users] three principal moments of inertia

Dear Gromacs-users,

I'm trying to measure three principal moments of inertia Ix, Iy, and 
Iz.  I looked at g_traj, g_covar and g_anaeig, but couldn't figure out 
how to measure them.  Could you tell me how to use those analysis tools 
to measure moments of inertia?  Is there any other analysis tool for 
this?
