Hi all,
i was wondering if it's possible to obtain the SAS value of a residue along 
the whole simulation, and not only the average value of it.
I was thinking that to obatin an average value, the program must compute the 
SAS of each frame of any single residue and then makes the average. Are 
these values stored somewhere?
