[gmx-users] Inserting protein in the decane-water interface system

Hi All,

I have a decane-water interface and want to insert protein in the water
slab. I tried using genbox but failed.

I have used gromacs force field (gromos87)for decane. Should I use the
same force field for protein  and water or gromacs accept multiple force
field in a single system?
