[gmx-users] mdrun modified to make a hole in a lipid bilayer

hi,
i've downloaded the package contributed by graham smith: 
mdrun_make_hole.tar.gz. i am having trouble compiling it since the header 
file binio.h seems to be missing. has anybody else had this problem? thanks.
