Hi list, I read gmx3.2's does not, but couldn't find if gmx3.3's tpbconv is capable to detect that I have a corrupted .trr when I try to continue a crashed run. Is it ? If not, I would like to ask the developers add a very usefull "-crash" option to tpbconv, so it will know to grab the one-but-last frame of the .trr. Thanks, Diego Enry.
