[gmx-users] Pull code forces in gmx 3.2.1

Hello

I asked about this a couple of days ago but I got
no reply whatsoever. So I ask again:

How we can caclucate the force exerted on the pulled
group from the .pdo output data? Is it
F = k*(z_spring - z_pullgroup) or not??
