[gmx-users] nanotube and protein!

We have completed simulation protein and nanotube and our resuls are shown in
Interfacing Biological Macromolecules with Carbon Nanotubes and Silicon Surfaces: A Computer Modeling and Dynamic Simulation study. S.S.Tatke, V. Renugopalakrishnan and  M. Prabhakaran 2004  15 S686-S690 Nanotechnology
